Your participation fee also includes:

Interpretation and translation services
Saves your institution the costs of hiring a third party interpreter.
Ground transportation between the Northern cities.
From Hanoi to Hai Phong, from Hai Phong to Ha Long, and from Ha Long back to Hanoi.

AmVn Exchange will provide pickup times and locations for transportation between the Northern cities. Please note that you will be responsible for your own transportation if you miss your scheduled pickup. Your participation fee does NOT include personal transportation (airport to hotel, hotel to fair venue), hotel costs, or airplane tickets.

Institutions selecting the “Literature Only” option will not have individual representatives at the fair, but will have a table where their brochures or other literature will be made available.
