Education Forums

An Education Forum will be held in the morning before each fair at the same venue. This is a space for U.S. and Vietnamese educational representatives to network and develop partnerships. AMVNX will be distributing a booklet with school profiles and contact information to facilitate communication.

This section of the event will also include remarks by an AMVNX representative, an introduction to the city and overview of its economic and educational development by a representative of the city government, and where designated (*), a short speech by a U.S. consulate official.

Banquet

An optional banquet will take place the evening of the Ha Long fair and will be held at the same venue. All participating schools from Vietnam and the United States are strongly encouraged to attend, as the banquet offers an excellent opportunity for further networking in addition to great Vietnamese cuisine.

The banquet fee will be waived for institutions attending all five fairs.
