Student Scholarships

Scholarships for Undergraduates


Students have chances to earn many different scholarships such as full-ride scholarships, 75% scholarships, or 50% scholarships to study in the U.S.

FULL SCHOLARSHIP:

Our scholarship covers:

The scholarship covers one scholastic year, from August to May, and is for undergraduate study in colleges and universities located in the State of Georgia.

Our Scholarship Pays:

1. Tuition
2. Book allowance
3. Meals
4. College provided room

Applicant must provide:

1. Transportation from country to USA and return
2. Medical insurance
3. $3,000 spending money
4. Any income taxes imposed by the government on the scholarship money

Eligibility Requirements:

1. Must be 18 years but not 25 years of age by August 1 the year studies begin.
2. Have not studied in the USA.
3. Must be single.
4. Must be an undergraduate student.
5. TOELF IBT is at least 95 and SAT score is at least 2100

SCHOLARSHIP 75%:

The scholarship will cover 75% of your tuition every year. Therefore, students pay about $14, 000/year.

Eligibility Requirements:

1. High school average score is at least 7.5
2. TOEFL IBT is at least 85
3. SAT score is at least 1900

SCHOLARSHIP 50%:

The scholarship will cover 50% of your tuition every year. Therefore, students must pay about $18, 000/year.

Eligibility Requirements:

1. High school average score is at least 7.5
2. TOEFL IBT is at least 80
3. SAT score is at least 1800

SCHOLARSHIPS FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS:
Students who go to America to study high school after graduating from middle school in Vietnam will have many advantages:

1. You will have chance to live and study in America, a native language environment.
2. After graduating, you might choose to study at universities, colleges or community colleges depending upon your ability and your future plans. You do not have to go back to Vietnam after finishing you high school exchange programs.
3. You will be considered as an American student when you go to universities/ colleges in the state where you earn your high school diploma. That means you only have to pay about 1/3 of the tuition that other international students who do not graduate from a high school in the U.S. have to pay.
4. Students may receive great scholarships through the partnership program of vnaect with U.S Education Institutions.

Normally, total expenses for students studying in the U.S. depend on where students would like to study. It is likely in a range from $22,000-$48,000 per year. However, with assistance from vnaect, students have a chance to earn many other scholarships.

SCHOLARSHIP $ 10,000/YEAR

Requirements:

1. Total average score that students gain from schools in Vietnam 2 years before applying to study in the U.S. through vnaect is at least 8.0 on a 10 point scale.
2. TOEFL is at least 75.
3. Total expenses including tuition, meals, accommodation, living expenses and insurance will be $12,500 per year.

SCHOLARSHIP $6,500/YEAR

Requirements:

1. Total average score that students gain from schools in Vietnam 2 years before applying to study in the U.S. through vnaect is at least 7.5 on a 10 point scale.
2. SLEP score is at least 45 or pass an English examination by vnaect satisfying the requirement to study abroad.
3. Total expenses including tuition, meals, accommodation, living expenses and insurance will be $16,000 per year.

SCHOLARSHIP $4,500/YEAR

Requirements:

1. Total average score that students gain from schools in Vietnam 2 years before applying to study in the U.S through vnaect is at least 7.0 on a 10 point scale.
2. SLEP score is at least 40 or pass an English examination by vnaect satisfying the requirement to study abroad.
3. Total expenses including tuition, meals, accommodation, living expenses and insurance will be $18,000 per year.

Considered as American students when students are going to study Universities/ Colleges in the state students have high school diploma. Total expenses students have to afford about $14, 000/ year (compared with other international students without U.S High School diploma or scholarships, it will be $35, 000/ years).

Students can work on the school campus 20 hours/week in an academic year, or 40 hours/week during the summer in order to help pay for their own living expenses and a part of tuition.

In additional, students have chances to earn scholarships from their department of study if they have a good GPA.
